All orders received before 4pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) will be dispatched on the same day by First Class Royal Mail and are normally delivered on the next working day. Orders received after 4pm Friday, on Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. This is subject to availability.

A Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day) option is available for a charge of £6.00. Choose the “UK Next Day” delivery option in your basket before proceeding to Checkout. Available Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) and only on orders received before 4pm. Please note this option will require a signature upon delivery.

Postage & Packing charges for international orders
- **Europe £4.00 (up to 10 items) additional charge of £0.40 per extra item**
(Delivery usually 3-4 working days) - **Worldwide £7.00 (up to 10 items) additional charge of £0.65 per extra item**
(Delivery usually 5 working days) - All orders received before 4pm UK Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) will be dispatched on the same day by Royal Mail. Orders received after 4pm Friday, on Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Customs & Duty
- The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country. Parcels may be subject to import duties and tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customers’ responsibility. Unfortunately SockShop has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts charged.
Payment
- All orders will be charged in pounds sterling and the amount debited to your credit or debit card will depend on the exchange rate on the day of the transaction. Customers should check with their own credit card company to ascertain the exact exchange rate, as this can vary greatly between different card providers.
- Payment may only be accepted by credit card. (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO & SOLO)
