Question: "My local SockShop appears to have moved and I cannot find a store locator on your website"

SockShop Account Questions
Question: "I have forgotten my SockShop Account Password''
Simply go to the My Account page and click on "Forgotten Your Password", enter your email address and click on the "Send Password" button. A new password will then be directly emailed to you, to allow you to sign into your SockShop account. Once you have signed in you can change your password if you wish.
Question: "How Do I Log Out of My SockShop Account?"
To log out of your account please click on the "logout" in the black bar that runs across the top of the page under the SockShop header. If you are not actually logged into your SockShop account but have a "Welcome Back" message on the homepage, please note this is just a link to previous items purchased.

Question: "How do I sign up to the SockShop Newsletter?"

Question: "How do I unsubscribe from the SockShop Newsletter?"
If you want to unsubscribe from our SockShop newsletter, then please click here. Type your email address (the email address you are subscribed with) into the Email field, then select Unsubscribe and click on the purple Submit button to confirm. You will receive an email confirming this action shortly after submitting this request.
SockShop Order Questions
Question: "My Order hasn't arrived yet, where is it?''
As you know, when you place an order with us before 5pm Mon-Fri your order will leave our building that very same day. We are very sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived, unfortunately, very occasionally there can be unforeseen delays. Please accept our deepest apologies for this. Before contacting us about this, please allow 7 days for UK orders and 10 days for overseas orders for your parcel to arrive, if it has not arrived by then please contact your local post office to see if it is there. If your order is not at the post office and has still not arrived then please contact us and we will be happy to sort this matter out for you.

Question: "How Do I Amend My Order?"
If you have entered the incorrect delivery address or want to add, remove or change items ordered then please click here to view full instructions.
Question: "How Do I Return A Not Suitable/Faulty Item?"
Apologies, if the item you have received is not suitable or is faulty. Please fill out the returns and/or exchanges section on the back of the invoice (enclosed within your order). Pack your items, along with the paperwork, and post back to us. For UK returns please use the Freepost returns address supplied on the front of the invoice. For returns from outside the UK postage must be paid. Please click here for full returns information.
Question: "Will My SockShop Parcel Arrive With Any SockShop Branding On The Outside Of The Parcel?"
Yes, our orders will be sent out with a SockShop label on the front so if this is for a gift and you do not want people to know that you have brought something from SockShop then please advise us directly after placing the order that you do not want any branding on the outside of your parcel by texting us or leaving a voice message on 07974 053 181 with your order number and we will try our very best to amend as requested. Please note, this is not guaranteed as your order may have already been picked and packed. Please note, you will be charged your standard rate when texting or calling us on this number.

Question: "How can I tell how thick the socks are when I can't feel them?"
It is easy to tell how thick each sock is at SockShop. Firstly, every sock on the SockShop site has a beautifully written product description which will give you an excellent idea. Plus, each sock has a sock thickness gauge on the product page to indicate how thick the sock is.
