Tights donned for motorcycle charity event
Over £1,000 is hoped to be raised once a group of motorcyclists collect all their sponsorship money from a charity bike ride, it has been reported.

The riders pulled on tights and stockings over their motorcycle leathers and knee high boots to dress as superheroes for an event in Yorkshire to raise funds for the When You Wish Upon A Star Charity, the Hull Daily Mail reports.

Christine Horner, owner of the Catfoss Cafe on the A165, organised the bike ride.

She told the newspaper: "It was a great day. We set off from the cafe at 9.45am and arrived back there at 5.15pm.
"The costumes were excellent and we got a really good response from other motorists."

When You Wish Upon A Star relies on the generous support of fundraisers and helps to make dreams come true for children with serious illnesses.
