Jeggings are 'all the rage'
Published: 07th December 2009
Jeggings are a trend which seems to pervade all levels of fashion at the moment, despite threats of leggings falling out of fashion over the last few months.
And despite leggings continuing to hold on in the style market, bnd.com explained that many people want to pull the look of jeggings off, with the super-stretchy denim clinging well to more shapely limbs.
However, like all great trends, such things come with a warning for those wanting to execute the style perfectly, with Jean Patteson of the news provider issuing guidance.
She said: "They fit so snugly, they reveal every curve and dimple. For the most flattering look, wear your jeggings under a long tunic or short dress, as you would regular leggings."
Recently, leggings-designing diva Lindsay Lohan was criticised by LA boutique Kitson after she failed to fulfil a promotional campaign with them yet demanded over £9,000 of free clothing from them, resulting in a tantrum from the actress.
Earlier this month, the Daily Record commented on how bright and different legwear can really set you apart from the crowd, particularly bright colours.
