Trendy hipsters should 'use brightly-coloured tights'

According to Katrina Szish, an expert in style with CBS News, it's easy to recycle old looks and spend a minimal amount of money to accessorise them, namely with tights and other related hosiery.
She explained that a great place to start is with the necessary little black dress, which can be given a long-awaited update with tulle and bows.
Additionally, the skinny suit and tie has officially made its comeback for more smartly-dressed women, with Ms Szish adding: "If you remember only one thing it is to keep everything in proportion."
However, it is going above and beyond anything that's come before when it comes to fashion this winter, with the expert concluding: "Do something unexpected: wear brightly-coloured tights, or sneakers with your suit."
Earlier this week, Caryn Franklin, the presenter of Clothes Show Live, said that people ought to show a little more personality at office parties, noting that tights are certainly the accessory needed to make something seem that little bit more sassy.
