Robben's tights are 'wrong colour' for football team

Arjen Robben, the winger for Bayern Munich who formerly had a spell at Chelsea and Real Madrid, looks like he'll have to play without his seemingly lucky thermal tights, or at least change the colour of them.
That's because the team's sporting director Christian Nerlinger revealed to the Associated Press that the German football federation (DFB) is not at all impressed that Robben is playing in grey-coloured hosiery; after all, red is the colour of Bayern Munich's shorts.
Mr Nerlinger explained that DFB rules require the longer outfit to be the same colour as the shorts and that he will soon be supplied with red tights.
It's probably for good reason too: Robben has bagged two goals in three games when wearing the warming legwear.
