Dresses and skirts are 'made for tights'

Women who are intimidated by wearing a skirt or dress in the current climate must ensure that they fully consider the option of pairing it with tights or leggings as it is the perfect partnership, it is believed.
Caitlin Donnelly of LJWorld.com said that while people may be sick of winter-based advice columns for dressing well, she is happy to simplify the whole process, explicitly asserting that hosiery is great to dress in a cute way despite the cold.
