Socks are saving grace for Christina Milian

Most women are able to sacrifice their comfort for style with the use of high heels, yet for one pint-sized singer, her experience with stilettos was just a bit too much.
After attending the Rising Icons event in New York, R&B singer Christina Milian could take no more of her shining amber shoes and following the get-together, she removed them to go barefoot on the city streets, the Daily Mail reported.
However, the streets aren't exactly known for their cleanliness and within a few minutes, Christina - partnered by her husband-to-be The Dream, a rapper and producer - decided to don a pair of sports socks to save her feet.
While the white hosiery was not exactly the perfect match for the rest of her outfit, the singer still managed to look pretty glamorous.
Christina and The Dream both posed topless for a recent photoshoot with Vibe Magazine, in one of the publication's steamiest features yet.
