Black opaque tights are a 'must have'

Women looking for this season's essentials have been offered a few helpful pointers by a leading fashion writer.
Black, grey or khaki tights that help to lengthen the appearance of legs are a "fashion must-have", according to Dijanna Mulhearn writing in the Sydney Morning Herald.
Long legs look best in sheer stockings while those with petite frames can pull off bold colours, she claims.
She also says that stockings and patterned hosiery have been a big hit on international catwalks.
"They're the best way to instantly update last season's dress or add a jolt of colour," she explained.
But she advised women: "Don't go too far in clashing patterned tights with patterned clothes."
Personal stylist at Stylespecialists.co.uk Natalia Colman recently said that there is a new generation of young people clashing different styles together trying to make a big fashion statement.
