Colourful patterned socks could be in fashion

A new generation of fashion followers are taking their cues from celebrities and clashing different styles and colours together.
Colourful fabrics are in for socks and other clothes, mirroring a trend in make-up, claims one fashion expert.
Natalia Colman, personal stylist at Stylespecialists.co.uk, said people really ought to go wild and embrace the bold colours.
She said: "There are really vibrant violet colours, aqua, watermelon and fuschia pinks at the moment.
"There's a new generation clashing up the different styles together, trying to make a big fashion statement which a lot of young people are doing."
In a recent summer trend report, Vogue urged people to go for thigh-high dresses, tunics and shorts for an attention grabbing impact.
