Modelling mid-calf sheer pop socks, the Parent Trap star and occasional Ugly Betty actress has drawn attention to a new fashion trend.
Stepping out on a shopping trip in New York last week, she was seen sporting the socks, leaving them on while changing her boots to loafers, reported the Daily Mail.
Shenae Grimes, whose new film More Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet is due out this year, has also been spotted on the red carpet wearing the new style hose.
Resembling the anti-deep vein thrombosis sock most commonly seen on airplanes, classing these new stockings seems difficult.
