Christmas party? Use these tips for quick-dress success

Many women will be looking for a way to prepare themselves for a Christmas party in the next couple of months, as quick action is definitely needed in certain situations.
Never fear, ladies - Kirsty Jewson, a beauty mogul from Saks, has given some quick tips that may simply transcend putting on Christmas socks or sexy stockings.
She asserted that make-up was important, and commented: "Use a sheer highlighter across the cheekbones and brow bones to immediately open up the eyes and give more definition to cheekbones.
"To give an overall glamorous feel quickly stick on some false eyelashes to intensify the eyes and finish with an application of lip gloss."
Ms Jewson added that to lessen the impact of a night out on the looks, women need to ensure they spend the evening of the party with a glass of water in between every alcoholic drink, which should help hydrate the body and lessen the pain of having to get up the next day.
Last month, Phil Orford, chief executive of the Forum of Private Business, said that staff Christmas parties are important as they recognise and appreciate workers.
