Grazia: Portobello style rocks the tights look

One of the country's leading market streets has tooled up a girl to be particularly fashionable, with legwear being particularly instrumental in her overall look, it has been said.
Grazia noted that while many people have already packed away their denim shorts and skirts until next June, one student - Jasmine Barrowclough, a 22-year-old traipsing around London - is able to pull the look off over winter.
The fashion source explained: "We love that she cut up an old pair of jeans and threw them on with tights, vintage boots and her grey marl coat from Zara, giving them a whole new attitude.
"And as for her bag from Portobello market, well eat your heart out Alexander Wang."
Her shorts weren't quite as short as Mel B's dress last week, however, though the former Spice Girl managed to save her graces - just - with fishnet tights when accompanying her partner Stephen Belafonte to the screening of Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans at Grauman's Chinese Theatre.
