And it's easy to do, according to the Daily Mail's Eliza Scarborough, so long as people ensure they have plenty of legwear to go with the more formal look they adopt during the week.
She explained that the secret to pulling off the perfect look is to "choose neutral clothes with simple lines" and then to "hunt for some opaque tights in brown or claret to transform a skirt when you're off duty", bringing class and warmth in the winter months.
Ms Scarborough added that a glamorous bag may be all that's needed to add to legwear in terms of accessories to look fantastic.
