Kate Moss dons laddered tights for latest campaign
Published: 02nd September 2009
Many people hate getting ladders in their tights. Others seem to make the look when they have nothing but, and Kate Moss may be in the latter category.
In a recent advert for Topshop, the British beauty wore a range of the clothing manufacturer's newest line, though managed to top it off with a strange level of class by proudly showing a long ladder in her left leg's hosiery when kneeling in a jacket and sequinned top.
And so the look stayed throughout the shoot, with Kate doing her best to match it to other styles such as a floral summer dress and a furry high-collared coat which clearly has the changing season in mind.
While many fashionistas may not be confident enough to wear the damaged legwear, they may want to invest in some shiny leggings or tights to match the looks being put out on the high street this month, which also use a lot of reflective accessories.
Bigger women may want to stick to tights, however, as Hannah Jones of the Western Mail last week emphasised how leggings are not a flattering choice for the curvier dame, herself included.
