I can confirm that this is a subscription that you can remove yourself from so you no longer receive our newsletters, I have checked this for you and can confirm that you are now unsubscribed from receiving any more. We can confirm that all our product images are of high resolution and we like to ensure they reflect the product you actually received but sometimes different computers can generate slightly different images/colours. We are also sorry to hear that the HJ Hall Soft top socks were of poor quality, these are a very popular item so am surprised to hear this.
