| 24-Dec-2012 | I wanted some dark green socks. Thought I'd found them on SockShop's website. They looked green. They were called 'Moss Green'. When they arrived, they were quite clearly brown. Annoying and frustrating. | Many thanks for taking the time to leave us your thoughts on our Colour Burst cotton socks. I am sorry to hear that the colour was not as expected. The moss green colourway is indeed a brown/green rather than a dark green. We try and make our product pictures as accurate as possible, however, this does depend on the browser you are using and your computer settings. As you are unhappy with these socks then please pop them in the post to us using the FREEPOST UK returns label for a refund or exchange. We hope that this will rectify this matter. The socks are warm and comfortable, and the right colour. Hope it may be possible to acquire them in future without the logo, I paid for them and do not expect to provide free advertising while in wear. Having been born in 1931 and lived through World War II I would not have chosen anything with the initials SS on them. Perhaps you could give us a choice in the future. | ||

I do not like long socks -I like ankle length like a sport sock, but on enquiry was told shorter sock was not available. Will see how they are after washing - may be they may shrink a bit ! | ||
