If you need your order delivering to a different address than the one you gave, we may be able to change it - but be quick!
Email email@example.com, with your name, order number, address details and a contact number, and we’ll do our best.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, we may be able to do this before it is shipped out - but be quick!
Email firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name, order number, and a contact number, and we’ll do our best to cancel your order. If we manage to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an email to confirm.
I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO ITEMS ON MY ORDER
If you wish to make any changes to items on your order, email email@example.com, (please remember to quote your order number, name, and a contact number) and we will do what we can - but please be quick! If we're too late and your original order has already been dispatched, simply return it to us using the freepost* label on your paperwork once it reaches you, and we will refund you in full when we receive it back.
