High end fashion designers descended upon the Victoria & Albert Museum this week.
The event celebrated The Glamour of Italian Fashion 1945-2014 with a private dinner for people in the fashion industry.
Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, Valentino Garavani and shoe designer Manolo Blahnik were just a few of the impressive names in attendance.
Manolo Blahnik's style for the evening was classic and clean cut. He opted for a white shirt and black trousers for the formal event but dressed it up with a silk scarf.
Other guests included models David Gandy, Poppy Delevingne and Naomi Campbell.
The exhibition praises Italian fashion through the ages from the Second World War up to the present day. Focusing on key individuals, materials and styles in both womens and menswear, it celebrates the quality fashion for which Italy has become renowned.
The Glamour of Italian Fashion 1945-2014 exhibition will be displayed at the V&A in South Kensington between April 5 and July 27.
