Sock wearers told few fashion faux pas remain
There are fewer fashion faux pas around to trip people up these days, but it is still worth checking in a mirror before venturing out in public, it has been claimed.

Double denim has come back and even the visible bra strap can look good if worn in the right way, according to Stylist acting fashion editor Alexandra Fullerton.

She said that while in 2010 pretty much anything goes fashion-wise, basic tidiness is still a must.

Her comments come after radio presenter Fearne Cotton was caught recently wearing a pair of shoes with price labels still attached to the soles.

"Fearne's visible shoe stickers are unforgiveable, as are any shop tickets left attached to your outfit," said Ms Fullerton

She added that if you are confident about your look "then you'll definitely look cool".
