Jennifer Garner is getting back in shape after giving birth to her son Samuel in February, much to the delight of her personal trainer.
Valerie Waters told People magazine that she was pleased the actress is committing herself to looking and feeling her best.
"She's looking so amazing right now. She looks strong and sexy, and I like that's rocking her lycra again. Getting out of the sweats and into the leggings
was a big step," she said.
Jennifer started exercising four weeks after giving birth, but eased her way back into it slowly.
Beginning with 15 minute sessions she now works out for 40 minutes three to four times each week.
But it's not only Jennifer who is working on her fitness, as Ms Waters said her daughters Violet, six and Seraphina, three also like to get involved.
They even have tiny little weights so that they can join in with their mum's workout.
