Actress Amy Poehler pulled on a pair of black tights for the 23rd Annual Gotham Independent Film Awards in New York on Monday night.
The 42-year-old added a pair of black shoes and a dark blue and black dress to complete the ensemble.
Poehler, who made her name in the US through TV shows such as Saturday Night Live and Parks and Recreation, has also provided voiceovers in films such as Shrek The Third and Alvin and the Chipmunks.
She hosted the Golden Globes in 2013 alongside fellow comedienne Tina Fey and is scheduled to return in that role alongside Fey in 2014 and 2015.
The Coen Brothers' Inside Llewyn Davis held off a challenge from the Oscar-favourite 12 Years a Slave to claim the Best Feature Award.
Matthew McConaughey continued his recent revival as a more serious actor scooping the Best Actor Award for his role in Dallas Buyers Club.
