Coloured tights and sandals 'wholly wrong'

Coloured tights and sandals 'wholly wrong'
People wanting to look great during the winter months could do much better than dressing up in coloured tights with sandals or open-toed shoes, it has been stated.

Margie Boule, a community columnist on Oregon Live, quoted a recent survey made by 99Polls.com which found that only four per cent of respondents thought the look was a successful one.

She said that some "deep-thinking fashion anthropologist" may parallel the look of run-resistant tights with a pragmatic reaction to the economy, or even the choice of bright colours with the need to "combat a dreary reality".

However, Ms Boule continued: "It's also entirely possible that the trend of coloured tights with sandals was triggered after somebody somewhere dressed in the dark.

"Fashion chaos theory needs no butterflies."

Another bad way to use tights is in smuggling, as a 23-year-old man found after he was caught attempting to get back into Australia carrying two live pigeons between his legs and stockings.
