Having plenty of socks is one of many ways to keep your feet fresh on a daily basis, according to a doctor working for a national newspaper.
Dr Keith, the resident medical expert at the Sun, said that a few more pairs of socks may help combat the funk that can set in to a person's feet, particularly given that many people are terrified of showing them to their doc.
He continued: "Ban nylon - wool, cotton or a mix of the two absorb moisture better. And again, you need to change them daily."
Using a pumice stone on hard skin and harnessing the power of washable insoles can also add to the beneficial effects that socks
Dr Keith concluded: "Keep this up and your feet will be transformed."
