Model Lily Cole pulled on a smart pair of tights as she was awarded an honorary degree from Glasgow Caledonian University on Wednesday.
Cole pulled on a pair of sheer tights, a pink blouse and black court shoes underneath her red, light blue and yellow graduation robes and black ceremonial hat.
The double Cambridge graduate received an honorary doctorate of letters in recognition of her environmental and humanitarian work.
"It is pretty fun. I was quite surprised at first and very honoured and then a bit nervous but now I'm here and it actually just feels quite jolly," she said.
Cole has put her modelling career on hiatus in order to focus more on her charity projects.
The 25-year-old has worked for global charities such as WaterAid, Global Angels and the Environmental Justice Foundation.
Olympic rowing gold medallist Katherine Grainger was also honoured with an honorary doctorate in the same ceremony.
