US rapper Jay-Z has revealed that he and wife Beyoncé Knowles-Carter dance around at home in their socks, when choosing tracks to feature on Beyoncé's albums.
While most stars in the music business choose album tracks sat round a table with a group of music executives, Jay-Z revealed to Angie Martinez of New York's Hot 97 radio that the couple decide which songs make the cut while dancing to them without any shoes on.
Jay-Z told the radio presenter that his home entertainment system was good enough to host private listening parties in the comfort of their own home.
The rapper, whose real name is Shawn Carter, said that the couple were struggling to narrow down the number of tracks on Beyoncé's upcoming fifth solo album.
"Right now, Bey has 100,000 amazing songs, just playing 'em," he said.
Jay-Z released his 12th studio album Magna Carta…Holy Grail earlier this month.
