TV presenter Tasmin Lucia-Khan was a vision in blue on the red carpet at the opening night of the London Indian Film Festival on Thursday.
She arrived at the Haymarket Cineworld cinema in in a figure-hugging blue outfit with black tights , black shoes and a pink clutch bag before watching the premiere of Sold.
The film, starring X-Files star Gillian Anderson, David Arquette, Tillotama Shome and Neerja Naik, is a human trafficking story about a young girl from a remote mountain village in Nepal. It is directed by Jeffrey D Brown and produced by Jane Charles, while Joseph Kwong adapted the story.
Gillian Anderson was also at the premiere while sci-fi fans hope she might return as Dana Scully in a third X-Files movie in the near future.
The London Indian Film Festival (LIFF) runs until Thursday, July 17. Other films on show during the week are Hemalkasa, Qissa and Hank and Asha.
