Shia LaBeouf sticks to tights during marathon sprint
It seems like the need for something more comfortable on the legs extends to times of great physical exertion as well as when people can't be bothered to do anything.

That's because Shia LaBeouf has been spotted in Los Angeles taking part in the city's marathon, running in a pair of tights as a means of keeping on top of his game.

The actor, who has starred in blockbusters such as I, Robot and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, was running on behalf of US Vets, which was printed on his white tank top during the run - undoubtedly supported by Shia due to his father's involvement in the Vietnam War.

Shia ran the 26-mile route in four hours and 35 minutes, coming 5,825th out of around 25,000 runners and over two hours after eventual winner Wesley Korir, who cleared the course in two hours and nine minutes.

The next major marathon is perhaps the one in London, which will take place on April 25th.
