Dame Vivienne Westwood is well known for her love of eccentric clothing, and did not fail to disappoint with her autumn-winter collection for Paris Fashion Week.
The designer displayed her classic mix of grungy gothic styling and textural blends, while also introducing a few new looks such as cardi-leggings
These involved having both sleeves and leggings attached, on one or both sides, however unlike a onesie they bore no front torso covering.
While some of her looks, such as these leggings, may best be left to the catwalk models, her 90s grunge theme displayed well and brought together an anarchic view of Britishness, from Dick Turpin hats and highwaywoman coats to tweed caps brocaded print dresses.
Vivienne herself refused to be upstaged by her own models and took to the runway afterwards wearing a dress made entirely of out-of-issue British £50 notes.
