Nick Grimshaw has followed in the footsteps of Davina McCall by challenging himself for Sport Relief.
He is mid-way through his 12-hour cycling challenge on a gym bike outside the BBC studios in London, wearing a red Sport Relief t-shirt, black shorts, socks and trainers.
The challenge began at 7am today (Monday 17th March) and is due to end at 7pm when he is expected to have covered 1,000 miles.
And if that isn't enough, he continued to present his breakfast show as usual while pedalling away.
He has had a wealth of celebrity friends join him along the way; including Professor Green, Danny Dyer and professional cyclist Victoria Pendleton.
His bike stint is part of the BBC Radio Around the World challenge which will see several presenters run, swim and cycle a total of 25,000 miles, the circumference of the world, in aid of charity.
