Actress and feminist Susan Sarandon has stepped out in style, celebrating her 62 years with an age-defying photo shoot for a good cause.
The celebrity is one of 23 stars selected by photographer Timothy White in his newest project, Hollywood Pin-Ups, which aims to raise money for Oxfam through a coffee table book, the Daily Mail has reported.
Sarandon, wearing nothing but a feather boa and red fishnet stockings
, uses her hosiery
to great effect in promoting the cause, alongside other stars such as Cindy Crawford, Denise Richards and Kate Hudson.
Commenting on her pose, she told the Los Angeles Times: "My rule of thumb is the most uncomfortable pose looks the best; it's all about where you put your hands and if you're stretching your neck."
The actress' breakthrough came in the Rocky Horror Picture Show, where she played the role of Janet Weiss.
