The Pretenders singer Chrissie Hynde pulled on some leopard print leggings as she lined up alongside Ellie Goulding at the Q Music Awards on Monday.
Hynde, who scooped the Classic Songwriter award, combined the legwear with a pair of knee-length boots, a loose fitting belt, a white blouse, an ice blue blazer and a white collar around her neck.
Goulding on the other hand opted for a much more understated look, pulled on an elegant black dress with sheer webbing and a simple pair of black shoes.
The Herefordshire-born singer picked up the gong for Best Solo Artist, pipping David Bowie and Jake Bugg to the title.
Bowie, who was nominated for six awards in total, failed to walk away with any prizes at the end of the night having been edged out by Biffy Clyro in the Best Album category and the Arctic Monkeys for Best Track.
He was also beaten in the Best Live Act and Best Act In The World Today categories, which went to shock winners Foals and Vampire Weekend respectively.
The Glastonbury Festival was named the Best Event, while Manic Street Preachers won the Best Video award for Show Me The Wonder.
Jake Bugg claimed the final contested award for Best New Act.
