Cher Lloyd appeared calm and collected on her way to the BBC Radio 1 studios after receiving a death threat on Twitter.
The singer wore a sheer polka dot blouse, smart black shorts and sheer black tights
as she braved the cameras after her online scare.
Earlier this week, Cher posted a message on Twitter that wished her mother a happy birthday, which received a chilling reply from one of her followers.
The tweeter told the 18-year-old to shut up and said that they would kill her mum, to which Cher Lloyd retorted that their remark was "dumb" and statements like this could result in a jail sentence.
Cher has been in the press this week after she told The Sun that she wished she had been mentored by current X-Factor judge Tulisa, rather than Cheryl Cole, when she appeared on the show last year.
