The design gives all types of dancer, pilates or yoga enthusiast, superb traction for balancing, pivots, turns and stops, while at the same time cushioning and protecting feet from repeated impacts during routines. These organic cotton rich socks have open tops for added breathability, a shaped heel, an arch support band and silicone anti-slip grips at the mid-foot.
These are great for barre workouts at home, though sometimes they dig in.
