Judging by most of the reviews I'm sure these socks are fine for most people. However, my legs are on the thin side and I'm afraid that the socks won't stay up, giving them the Nora Batty look. (If you're under 50, look her up!). I bought two packs of 3 so am sending one pack back. They're also looking a bit thin on the toes after just one day's wear. I'm a size 5.5.
