A ski sock for those who need minimal insulation but maximum performance, these men’s UYN Ski Superleggera socks offer a wealth of enhanced features providing support, ventilation and protection for those skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing. The socks are made from ‘Subernat’ an engineered abrasion-resisting nano fibre and Natex, a 100% bio-based nylon fibre, for optimal climate management. Natex socks dry 50% faster than standard nylon socks, which is better for your feet. 3D micro-channels guarantee excellent air flow.
With an anatomical cuff and UYN’s ‘Ergologic’ design shaped footbed, the fit is perfect, with cushioning placed exactly where it’s needed, including frontal shin protection, the ‘Intericor’ ankle guard and the ‘Preshock’ shield at the Achilles tendon. Double asymmetric bandages provide localised compression at the ankles. Toes are cushioned and seamless, and UYN’s ‘Gripdynamic Concept’ in the sole area gives intelligent grip, improving stability.
