Designed and made in Finland, the crew length boot socks have a 3-layer Duratech structure (appropriately for Roma, the Finnish military has adopted Uphill Sport’s Duratech concept for their use, with over one million pairs used in action) that protects while sandwiching warm (thermal grade 4) merino wool between two breathable layers, but in a relatively lightweight, non-cushioned sock. Suitable for mid-season to colder conditions, the thinner feel makes these socks also suitable for layering as liners for heavier outer socks.
The durable multilayer structure transfers moisture away from the skin and dries fast, keeping feet warm and dry. The foot has a fitted heel and seamless toe for blister prevention. Merino wool used by Uphill Sport is always from mulesing-free sources.
