A unisex scarf in a lively mix of well-chosen, rich colours, this Great and British Knitwear 100% Lambswool Striped Fringed Scarf has been beautifully made, using the best first shear pure new wool, spun and dyed in the UK and knitted in Scotland by skilled craftspeople. This colourful scarf, with the striping running right down its length, will suit both men and women, and coordinate with nearly every kind of outfit, from business wear and overcoats to casual winter clothing.
The scarf features a garter stitch with colours knitted to have a slight ‘fading into each other’ effect – not quite an ombré but with that same diffused feel – that makes it very attractive and helps to soften the otherwise strict striping. The rows of garter stitch form slim, wavering ribs, which run directly into long fringing at either end of the scarf. The scarf measures 200cm long by 20cm wide, plus the added length from 8cm fringing at either end (length and width measurements of these individually knitted, hand finished scarves will vary a little).
