Need to change your order?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders we receive at this time of year, we are currently unable to make any changes to orders. We apologise for any inconvenience.
If you wish to change the delivery address on your order, we may be able to do this if you contact us within an hour of your order being placed. In this case, please follow the instructions below.
MY DELIVERY ADDRESS HAS CHANGED
If you need your order delivering to a different address than the one you provided, we may be able to change it - but be quick!
Email email@example.com, with your name, order number, correct address details and a contact number, and we’ll do our best.
I WANT TO CANCEL/ MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER
Unfortunately, during this busy time, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to items in your order. However, if you receive any unwanted items, simply return them to us using the freepost* label on your paperwork once you have received your order, and we will refund you in full when we receive it back. You can place a new order for the correct items whenever you wish. For more information, visit our returns page here.
