Returns & Refunds

• It's OK to change your mind:
  
  If, for any reason you would like to return your order, SockShop offer a no quibble, full refund on all unworn items, returned with packaging. For UK orders, simply return the item(s) using the Freepost returns address label supplied on the front of your invoice. For overseas orders, the Freepost service canot be used and you must pay for the postage and return your item(s) to:

  However, if there has been an error on our part or the item returned is faulty, your postage will be refunded.
  
  
• Please fill in the returns or exchange section on the back of your invoice, enclosed within your parcel. Pack your item(s), along with the paperwork and post them back to us - if this note is not included it could delay your exchange or refund.
• On receipt of your returned item(s) a refund will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for your order. You will be advised by email when your refund has been processed.
  
  
• If your returned item(s) reduce your order value below the £30 Freepost rate, you will be charged postage of £1.95 for orders below £10, £2.45 for orders below £20 and £2.95 for orders below £30.
  
  
• Please be aware that although most of our items are returnable, we are unable to accept underwear or hosiery unless they are returned unworn and fully packaged.

NB.  If items are found to be faulty after they have been worn, please ensure they are washed before returning.

If you have paid duty for the goods received and wish to return these to us you can claim a refund of the duty from your local customs authority. You will need to show them the proof of the duty paid and proof of the export posting. This needs to be checked and confirmed with your local customs authority.
