Returns & Refunds
UK Returns
- Should you not be satisfied with your purchase in any way, it's OK to change your mind. We are pleased to offer a refund on any unworn item, returned in its original packaging and original condition. The item(s) must be sent back within 30 days of receipt, using the freepost address label supplied within your order at the bottom of your invoice. Please note this does not affect you Statutory Rights with regards to faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose goods.
- Please include a note within your returned parcel detailing your Order Number, the reason for return & whether you are requesting a refund or exchange - if this note is not included it may delay the refund or exchange process as we will have to spend extra time locating all order details.
- On receipt of returned items, refund of the purchase price of the item(s) will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for the original order. You will be advised by e-mail when the credit has been processed. This will usually be within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s).
- If your return reduces your original purchase value below the £25 Freepost rate, you will be charged postage of £1.75 for orders of £10.00 or below or £2.45 for orders above £10.00.
- Please obtain proof of postage for returned parcels below the value of £70. If returned parcels are over £70 in value please ensure you return them using a registered delivery that requires a signature.
- Please be aware that although most of our items are returnable, we are unable to accept underwear and hosiery returns unless the item is returned fully packaged and unworn. This is for hygiene reasons.
- If you wish to return but have lost your UK freepost return label then please contact us here.
If under unusual circumstances you send items to us that have been worn - please make sure you wash them before doing so as a common courtesy, health and hygiene reasons.
Overseas Returns

- You are advised to obtain proof of posting for your returns.
- On receipt of returned items, refund of the purchase price of the item(s) will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for the original order. You will be advised by e-mail when the credit has been processed. This will usually be within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s).
- Please be aware postage will only be refunded if there is an error on our part or the product is damaged or defective.
- If you have paid duty for the goods received and wish to return these to us you can claim a refund of the duties from your local customs authority. You will need to show them the proof of the duty paid and proof of the export posting. This needs to be checked and confirmed with your local customs authority.
