Quick and efficient with communication when purchasing. Products as described and fast delivery. I have not heard about the refund requested but maybe it is a bit too soon for that to be sorted.

Service was good, delivered quickly but the products not as described. Maybe I made the wrong choice!

Despite paying for 24 hour delivery they still haven’t arrived after 7 days waiting. Sockshop have been hopeless saying it’s in the t&c’s (small print) that if you pay for 24 hour delivery you may have to wait 7 days so what’s the point? !! - tracking from Royal Mail still says ‘we are expecting your package’. I’ve asked sockshop to cancel and refund (as quickly as they took my money) .. but they’re telling me to still wait longer through some fairly abrupt emails. So opened a PayPal case to get my money back … what a rip off and a right hastle !
