Great apart from Royal Mail, package open , delivery 2 days later than first advised & then package in a Royal Mail thrown over my back gate even though I was in the house.

Absolutely delighted that I found SOCKSHOP on a website search. Bamboo socks and clothing are excellent. Website is easy to use and transaction is straightforward. Highly recommend

I am having difficulties returning an item the collection has been missed and it is taking a while to re-organise.

I always receive my order quickly and it’s all there. Unfortunately I’m going to have to submit a complaint regarding the fact that some socks have worn though after just 1 wear, so I will see how they handle it.

As always the service was excellent, very reliable.

Purchased on a Friday, received my order 6 days later on the next Thursday. For a 48hr tracked parcel I felt the delivery time was too long. That said the quality of the items I purchased was OK, although If I was in a hurry I don’t think I would choose Sockshop for speed of delivery..
