Dispatch & Delivery

FREE P&P ON ALL ORDERS OVER £20 (UK Only)

• All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day if the order is received before 4pm UK (subject to availability) Monday to Friday.

• Orders will be dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail -and are normally delivered the next working day. A standard P&P charge of £1.95 is applied to all orders under £20 (unless under a specific special offer). Orders over £20 net value, i.e. after deduction of any promotional discount, will be dispatched free of a P&P charge. A guaranteed next working day delivery option is available at an extra charge (£6.00 instead of £1.95), but only on orders received before 4pm UK Monday to Thursday. The free P&P on orders over £20 does not apply to this delivery option. This option is only available to addresses on mainland Great Britain.

• When Next Day delivery is required for a Saturday delivery then an extra charge will be taken. Please state that you require a Saturday delivery in the special delivery instructions section of the checkout.

• Any orders received after 4pm UK on Friday, and at any time on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday (except Bank Holidays).

• For extra reliability a signature may be required to receive some orders over a certain amount (so please ensure there will be someone at the address).

• We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

• Please note, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation. In the unlikely event of any item(s) ordered not being available then the value of the item(s) will be refunded back to the credit/debit card and you will be advised by e-mail.

• We recommend you print a copy of your order for your records.

• All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK

Postage & Packing charges for international orders

• **Europe £4.00 (upto 10 items) additional charge of £0.40 per extra item**
  (Delivery usually 3-4 working days)
• **Worldwide £7.00 (upto 10 items) additional charge of £0.65 per extra item**
  (Delivery usually 5 working days)

All goods are posted by Royal Mail. Orders placed before 4pm UK will be dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability). Delivery times are estimated and are dependant on the local postal delivery service within a specific country.

Customs & Duty

• VAT of 17.5% will be automatically charged to all orders going to destinations outside the European Free Trade Area.
• The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country. Parcels may be subject to import duties and tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customers’ responsibility. Unfortunately SockShop has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts charged.

Payment

• All orders should be made payable in pounds sterling and will be charged according to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
• Payment may only be accepted by credit card. (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SWITCH & SOLO)
