All orders received before 5pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) will be dispatched on the same day by First Class Royal Mail and are normally delivered on the next working day. Orders received after 5pm Friday, on Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Although during busy times (like the run up to Christmas) our warehouse is busy picking and packing orders over the weekends too. This is subject to availability.

A Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day) option is available for a charge of £6.00. Choose the “UK Next Day” delivery option in your basket before proceeding to Checkout. Available Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) and only on orders received before 5pm. Please note this option will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, we reserve the right to hold any orders placed with the delivery method “UK Next Day” if not all information is provided when ordering.

Customs & Duty
- The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country. Parcels may be subject to import duties and tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customers’ responsibility. Unfortunately SockShop has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts charged.
Payment
- All orders will be charged in pounds sterling and the amount debited to your credit or debit card will depend on the exchange rate on the day of the transaction. Customers should check with their own credit card company to ascertain the exact exchange rate, as this can vary greatly between different card providers.
- Payment may only be accepted by credit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO & SOLO) or PayPal.
Extra Delivery Information
Please note, any extra delivery information given during the checkout process will be included on the delivery address lable, however, we are unable to gurantee that the Postman will always follow these instructions.
Packaging
We take pride in packing our orders so that you receive your items in the best condition. Please note, our orders will be sent out with a SockShop label on the front so if this is for a gift and you do not want people to know that you have brought something from SockShop then please advise us directly after placing the order that you do not want any branding on the outside of your parcel by texting us or leaving a voice message on 07974 053 181 with your order number and we will try our very best to amend as requested.
