Question: Where Is My Order?
If your enquiry is about an undelivered order then we are very sorry for any disappointment caused, unfortunately, very occasionally there can be unforeseen delays. Before contacting us about this, please allow 7 days for UK orders and 10 days for overseas orders for your parcel to arrive, if it has not arrived by then please contact your local post office to see if it is there. If your order is not at the post office and has still not arrived then please contact us directly by filling in the form on the left and we will be happy to sort this matter out for you.

Question: How Do I Return A Not Suitable/Faulty Item?
Apologies, if the item you have received is not suitable or is faulty. Please fill out the returns and/or exchanges section on the back of the invoice (enclosed within your order). Pack your items, along with the paperwork, and post back to us. For UK returns please use the Freepost returns address supplied on the front of the invoice.
