If your order hasn't been delivered:

If you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched we can assure you that your order left our premises the same day and is either being delivered by Royal Mail or a courier company. Very occasionally parcels can be delayed or misplaced due to the sheer volume of items these companies handle and if this has happened to you we can only apologise for the disappointment caused. Please wait up to 7 days for UK orders and 10 days for overseas orders, by which time, hopefully your parcel will have arrived. If not, please contact us immediately, using the contact form on the left and SockShop will replace your order or refund you in full.

If you want to change your order:

Change the delivery address:

If you want to change the delivery address for your order please advise us urgently by texting or leaving a voice message on 07974 053 181, clearly stating your name and order number and we will try our very best to amend as requested. Please note, this may not always be possible as the large number of parcels we process may mean that we cannot find your parcel or it may already have left our premises.

Add, remove or change items:

We regret that due to our systems, we are unable to add, remove or change items once ordered. In this case, we would advise you to urgently cancel your order by texting or leaving a voice message on 07974 053 181, clearly stating your name and order number and we will try our best to cancel your order and refund you. Please then re-order the correct items. If however, the original order has already left our premises, we ask you to return it to us for a full refund.
