DELIVERY
How much is postage?
Standard Tracked (48 Hour) UK delivery is £3.49, and our Priority UK (24 Hour) delivery option is £4.49 (free for orders £40 or more). Delivery to Europe is £4.49 and delivery to the rest of the world is £4.99. You can find full details about delivery and dispatch, including estimated shipping times here.
Can I get free delivery?
Yes. If the subtotal of your order (the total cost of the items in your basket before any delivery charges are applied and after use of any discount) is £40 or more, we won't charge you for Priority UK 24 hour tracked delivery.
Please note, subsequent returns of items in your order that bring the subtotal below the £40 threshold will incur a deduction of the standard UK delivery charge of £3.49 from your final refund (unless item/s returned is/are faulty and refund is chosen over replacement).
How long will my delivery take?

Where is my order?
Please wait up to 7 days for UK orders and 10 days for overseas orders from the date of despatch. If your parcel has not arrived by this time, please contact us by getting in touch here, and we will replace your order or refund you in full.
How can I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number when your order is despatched if it is a UK delivery. Orders outside the UK cannot be tracked.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order or make a change to your delivery address, you will have to let us know as quickly as possible. Click here for full instructions on order amendments.
My item is not suitable/faulty. How do I return it?

I need to return an item I bought from the SOCKSHOP Store
If you purchased items from the SOCKSHOP Manchester Arndale store or the SOCKSHOP Lowry Outlet store and wish to return them, please make sure they meet the requirements set out on our returns page and take them back into store, along with your original proof of purchase for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or process refunds online for items purchased in one of our stores.
Please note, SOCKSHOP items purchased in one of our concessions must be returned to the original point of purchase.
I received free delivery as I spent over £40, will I be charged if I return items?
If you originally received free delivery on your order as your subtotal was £40 or more, and decide to return items bringing the total of items in your order below £40, please note the standard UK delivery charge of £3.49 will be deducted from your refund (unless item/s returned is/are faulty and refund is chosen over replacement).

Where is my nearest store?
We have a SOCKSHOP store in Manchester Arndale, as well as a store at the Lowry Outlet Centre and concession stores all across the UK. You can find a list by clicking here.
PAYMENT
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit or debit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS*, MAESTRO & SOLO).
You can also pay via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay (depending on the device used).
*Please note we are currently only able to accept £GBP, $USD and €EUR payments via American Express.
MY ACCOUNT
I have forgotten my SOCKSHOP account password...
Simply go to the My Account sign in form at the top of the site and click on "Forgotten Your Password?", enter your email address and click the "Continue" button. An email will then be sent to you. Please follow the instructions on the email to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam folder for the email.
Can I change my SOCKSHOP account email address?
To change your SOCKSHOP account email address, log in to your account on the Your Account details page. enter your new email address into the "Email" field, and click "Update Account".
ON THE SITE
Where do I find the size chart?
Every product has a size guide available on the product page. Simply scroll down to bottom of the product page and you will find the size chart, where you will be able to check which size is right for you.
How do I change which currency is showing on the website?
To change the currency, please click the change currency link at the top right hand corner of the site, and select the currency in which you wish to view and pay for products.
How do I sign up to the SOCKSHOP newsletter?
To sign up for updates and promotions from SOCKSHOP, scroll to the bottom of the site and enter your email into the "Sign Up" box and click the arrow.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of our newsletters.

Do you sell socks made from bamboo?
Yes. We have a huge range of bamboo socks, tights and underwear at SOCKSHOP. You can find our bamboo collection here.
Do you sell socks that will fit my bigger feet?
Yes. We have a wide range of socks available in larger sizes. You can find our men's socks available in sizes 11-14 here, and some ladies' socks available in sizes 8+ here.
Do you sell gentle grip socks?
Yes, we do sell gentle grip socks with a looser fitting but secure cuff which will grip your leg gently. You can view all our gentle grip items by clicking here.
Do you sell seamless toe socks?
We do! Often known as smooth toe seam socks, try out and discover for yourself the true benefit of hand linked toe seams on your socks by browsing our selection here.
