Available here as a convenient twin pack of 40 denier thickness knee highs, IOMI FootNurse Energising Compression Socks are made in a graduated compression to assist in supporting tired, aching and fatigued legs by giving them a circulation boost. These nylon-based matte finish socks reduce in compression as they climb the leg, moving blood in the right direction, supporting muscles and relieving swollen feet and ankles. Our IOMI FootNurse Energising Compression Socks have Factor 10 compression at the ankle (at a circumference of 24cm), and are UK-made, with a soft feel and a comfort toe seam. We would advise that they are not suitable as a replacement for flight socks however – please see our SOCKSHOP Flight and Travel Socks instead.

Excellent compression socks.
The only thing missing is more instructions ! It took me a few goes to work out he best way of putting them on . However once I got the hang of it they were absolute bliss . I prefer the brown and black pairs . The 'skin' colour was as usual for me too pale really but will probably improve with time - depending on what else I wash them with .

Excellent purchase from SockShop. I do receive compression socks on prescription via my GP but find them too heavy and warm for the anticipated hot weather. These socks from SockShop provide very good support and are a very natural looking colour. They are relatively easy to put on and feel very comfortable. The price is very reasonable, especially for two pairs. The despatch and delivery was very prompt. I would certainly purchase from SockShop again.
