Made in Scotland from pure new wool that has been UK-shorn, spun and dyed, this Great and British Knitwear 100% Lambswool Chunky Cable Knit Scarf has a classic horseshoe cable design, in a satisfyingly thick and textured feel, and is finished with ribbed trim bands at either end to compete its very traditional knitwear appeal.
With an instant vintage look but in softer wool than the original Aran sweaters that this scarf takes its cues from, these hand-finished scarves have a timeless look, and are very appropriately created in a time-honoured method by Scottish craftspeople, with each scarf finally washed in local water to achieve their appealing and unique softness. Each of these 100% lambswool knitted scarves measures approximately 180cm long by 20cm wide, including the 3cm ribbed trim at the ends.
