Inside, the cover is generously filled with 1200 grams of premium shredded memory foam, which (unlike solid memory foam pillows) allows you to adjust and tailor the height and firmness to your own liking, while conforming to your head and neck to provide ideal support and spinal alignment. Allied to this is a further 30D 0.7cm plate foam layer, helping maintain the overall pillow shape and providing consistent support all night long.
