One of the pairs received didn't 'hold up' so were effectively useless!

Many thanks for leaving your feedback about these Charnos hold ups. That is most disappointing. Charnos is an incredibly reliable brand and are experts in hosiery so I am sorry to hear of this fault on one of the three pairs you purchased. I know that if the leg is overly moisturized then this can sometimes effect hold ups, but I have refunded you for one pair as by means of an apology. We hope you enjoy the remainder.
