I ordered 2 different socks and received 2 of the same pair. I was appalled at the customer service when I told them I didn't order 2 of the same pair. Clearly something went wrong with the order on the website but they insisted on blaming me for the error. Annoying and rude!
The Sock Shop kept me well informed and speedy delivery. I have had these socks before and think they are excellent for comfort and fit.

Lovely socks but can you please stop using those tiny plastic fasteners in the packaging? Bad for the planet and easy to make a hole in the socks when trying to remove them! There has to be a better way of securing them in the packaging!
