Has not been delivered yet they have gone missing two weeks now

The bobbling after s single wear is unreal! New socks in colour denim, next to a year old sock in charcoal- from the same series. We now have 10 pairs of what used to be nice socks that will need replacing soon. This is a second dissapointment with this store, so its time to move on for us

Unfortunately I would not call this 'seamless toes' .bought for my daughter who has sensory issues expecting this to be my saviour. I was very disappointed.

They say seamless still have a seam also wash them more than 3 times they have lots of bobbles

I bought these socks in a 6.5-8.5 for my 3 year old as my 6 year old has the 9-12. I received some 9-12 despite ordering the smaller size but noticed both sizes of socks are exactly the same size anyway and there’s no way they will fit my smallest daughter. Got in touch with someone on chat who said I would be emailed about this but still haven’t heard anything. Poor product and customer service

Very poorly made. Not the same quality as normal, not soft, lumpy toes. Feel very cheap and not suitable for those who are sensory sensitive. Attempted to make contact and ask questions and had one reply from a Zoe Donnelly who said nothing has changed but maybe the supplier changed his bamboo supplier, absolutely no explanation as to how this would affect anything, or how this would make seamless socks have knots. No further response has been received so not only were the socks poor quality, the level of customer service is too. Wouldn’t recommend, especially now there’s so many others doing bamboo socks at a level much greater. Sockshop have seriously gone down and now aren’t worth the cost.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for no seams. The seams say smooth but they aren’t smooth. Got them for my child who struggles with seams and can’t wear socks with them so they couldn’t wear these. I hoped I had found socks they finally could wear. Back to the drawing board.

Order was cancelled for no reason. I just got notification of a refund with no explanation. I was waiting weeks for these for my child with sensory processing disorder who relies on these bamboo socks. Terrible service

I ordered these, as there were advertised as seamless. They were full of loose threads. Which wasn’t great. As they were ordered for a family member (who has sensory needs)

Poor customer service. I spent nearly £30 on socks, one of them arrived really dirty on the inside. I sent them a photo and requested a refund, but they insisted I go through the returns process and send the sock back. Honestly, this sock pair was £2 and they expected me to go through all that hassle, package it, print a label and take it somewhere to post, rather than just refund me the money. Third time I had purchased from this company and now this will be the last time.
